Wardrowbe is a self-hosted wardrobe management application. Your privacy is fundamental to how we designed this product. When you self-host Wardrowbe, your data stays on your own server. When using our hosted service, we collect only what is necessary to provide the service.

Wardrowbe uses AI models to analyze clothing photos and generate outfit suggestions. When self-hosted, you choose your own AI provider (Ollama, OpenAI, or any compatible API). On our hosted service, photos are sent to our configured AI provider for analysis. We do not use your photos or data to train AI models.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your wardrobe data is only accessible to you and members of your family group (if you create or join one).
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. Account deletion permanently removes all your data including:

When you self-host Wardrowbe, all data remains on your own infrastructure. You are responsible for the security and privacy of your own instance. This privacy policy applies to our hosted service at app.wardrowbe.com. Self-hosted users should create their own privacy policy as appropriate.
All communication is encrypted via HTTPS. Authentication is handled through your identity provider (OIDC/OAuth). We do not store passwords. API access is secured with JWT tokens.
Wardrowbe is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
