Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Wardrowbe cloud service at app.wardrowbe.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The self-hosted version of Wardrowbe is licensed under the MIT License and governed by that license, not these terms. These terms apply exclusively to the cloud-hosted service.

Wardrowbe is a wardrobe management application that provides:

• AI-powered clothing recognition and tagging from photos you upload
• Daily outfit suggestions based on your wardrobe, weather, and preferences
• Smart outfit pairing and wardrobe analytics
• Virtual try-on image generation (credit-based)
• Family wardrobe management
• Push notifications for daily outfit suggestions

You sign in through our identity service powered by PocketID. Wardrowbe does not store passwords — authentication is handled via OIDC. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. One person or legal entity per account.

The cloud service costs $10 per month. New accounts include a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, an active subscription is required to continue using the service.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, or cancel at any time through the billing portal in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Virtual try-on credits (3 per month) are included with your subscription. Additional credit packs can be purchased separately and do not expire.

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including clothing photos, wardrobe data, and style preferences. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

By uploading photos, you grant Wardrowbe a limited license to process them through AI models for the sole purpose of providing the service (clothing recognition, outfit suggestions, virtual try-on). We do not use your content to train AI models.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the content you submit. Do not upload content that violates the rights of others.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service
• Resell access to the service without permission

We strive to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

AI-powered features (clothing recognition, outfit suggestions, virtual try-on) depend on third-party AI providers and may occasionally be unavailable or produce imperfect results.

You can delete your account at any time from the app settings or by following the instructions on our account deletion page. Deletion permanently removes all your data and is irreversible.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, with notice when possible.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Wardrowbe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or in-app notification.
